Steelers Visit the Bengals
The Steelers (8-3) are looking to bounce back after a wild loss to the Browns last week while the Bengals (4-7) are fighting for their playoff lives in this AFC North matchup. The Steelers hold a slight lead over the 8-4 Ravens in the division but those teams still have to meet once again so the Steelers need wins to keep ahead. Joe Burrow has been great (27 TD passes) but the Bengals keep dropping close games including a 34-27 loss to the Chargers last week which followed a 35-34 loss to the Bengals.
Ravens Take on the Eagles
It’s a matchup of the two best running backs in football as Saquon Barkley and the Eagles (9-2) face Derrick Henry and the Ravens (8-3). Each running back has over 1,300 yards rushing this season and double-digit rushing TDs (Barkley 10, Henry 13). Don’t forget about the quarterbacks as Lamar Jackson is in the running for another MVP as he has thrown 27 touchdown passes while Jalen Hurts has 24 total touchdowns (13 pass, 11 rush). It’s a huge game for both teams as the Eagles are a game behind the 11-1 Lions for the top see in the NFC while the Ravens are just a game back of the Steelers in the AFC North.
49ers Head to Buffalo for SNF
Sunday Night Football features the Bills (9-2) vs the 49ers (5-6) in Buffalo. Brock Purdy is questionable with a shoulder injury and the 49ers need him healthy as they are a game back of the Seahawks (6-5) in the NFC West. The Bills got a huge win over the Chiefs two weeks ago and hold a crucial tiebreaker for the no. 1 seed if the Chiefs lose again. Josh Allen has been tremendous and the Bills are riding a 6-game win streak after dropping games to the Ravens and Texans in weeks 4 and 5.
