Bleacher Nation Fantasy Plays — In Week 14 of the 2024 NFL Season, the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions will clash on Thursday Night Football. The Packers (9-3) have won seven of their last eight games, while the Lions (11-1) are on a 10-game winning streak. With that in mind, we have a couple of good spots to target in our Bleacher Nation Fantasy Plays.
Every Thursday Night Football, I’ll break down my favorite Bleacher Nation Fantasy Plays for that night’s game.
What’s Bleacher Nation Fantasy?
Bleacher Nation Fantasy is the newest real-money fantasy game on the market, and also the easiest for players to win real money! Last Thursday, players won at over an 80% clip. And now, they have both NFL and NBA contests to play. Their main game mode, Rivals, is all matchup-based, which is what we’ll focus on here. And the best part? It’s extremely simple. Without parlaying anything at all, you can choose who will have more receiving yards between Jayden Reed or Amon-Ra St. Brown (plus 60-80 other matchups just like that!)
So without further ado, let’s dive into my favorite picks at Bleacher Nation Fantasy in what should be a high-scoring matchup, as reflected by the 51-point game total.

Amon-Ra St. Brown -31 Receiving Yards vs Tucker Kraft
Amon-Ra St. Brown has put up 56+ receiving yards in five consecutive games. The Lions are short favorites against the Packers, so there’s a good chance that it’s a close game, where Jared Goff has to air it out more often than usual.
This is compounded by the fact that the Lions are riddled with injuries on defense, including D.J. Reader and Alex Anzalone.
There’s a legit chance that the Packers pull off the upset here, which would result in an uptick in passing volume for the Lions.
What’s great about riding with St. Brown here is that we get to fade Tucker Kraft, who takes on a Lions defense allowing the fewest yards to tight ends this season.
It wouldn’t surprise me to see Kraft held Under his receiving prop of 35.5 yards, which means that all we need is 65+ yards from St. Brown.
When these teams met in Week 9, St. Brown had 56 yards, but that was a game where Jared Goff only threw for 145 yards on 22 attempts. Kraft put up only 34 yards in that matchup.
Ride with the Sun God to get it done over Kraft in this spot.
Josh Jacobs -2 Rushing Yards vs Jahmyr Gibbs
Josh Jacobs has rushed for at least 75 yards in four of his last five games. On paper, this is a tough matchup vs the Lions (4th in Rush EPA), but due to injuries, it’s not as daunting as it seems.
Detroit is missing their best run defender in DJ Reader, along with fellow defensive linemen Josh Paschal and Levi Onwuzurike.
On top of that, we saw Jacobs have success vs this defense in Week 9, where he rushed for 95 yards on only 13 carries.
I like the Packers to pull off the upset here. If that happens, Green Bay would be playing with a lead, which would mean more potential carries for Jacobs and less for Jahmyr Gibbs.
I also have a hunch that the Lions lean on David Montgomery a bit more in this game, especially with Gibbs’ social media post, where he leaked the playbook.
Even if that’s not the case, we’re still talking about a running back who only had nine carries last week.
Back Jacobs -3 rushing yards over Gibbs in this divisional clash.
