Round 1 Options for the Raiders
Our Raiders mock draft has Las Vegas taking CB Quinyon Mitchell from Toledo at number 13 overall to add more talent to its secondary. The Raiders need a quarterback and a franchise QB might not be available at number 13. This leaves the option of trading up but if they choose to stay put, they could take an elite corner like Mitchell.
If Mitchell is off the board, the Raiders also need help on the offensive line. Tackles Taliese Fuaga from Oregon State or Olu Fashanu from Penn State are also good fits.

Las Vegas Raiders 2023 Season Recap
The Raiders started 3-5 in 2023 and fired Josh McDaniels as the offense struggled mightily. Antonio Pierce took over going 5-4 down the stretch showing plenty of promise. The offensive unit wasn’t much to write about in 2023 as it finished 23rd in points and 27th in total yards.
Due to a combination of injuries and bad play, Las Vegas started Aidan O’Connell for 10 games, Jimmy Garoppolo for 6 games, and Bryan Hoyer for 1. These quarterbacks combined to throw 19 touchdowns and 18 interceptions. O’Connell (5-5) and Garoppolo (3-3) were both .500 as starters.
Running back Josh Jacobs had a down season after a dominant 2022. He finished with just 805 yards rushing in 13 games. Despite catching passes from three different quarterbacks, Davante Adams had 1,144 yards and 8 touchdowns.
The defensive unit fared better than the offense as it finished 9th in points against and 15th in total yards. Maxx Crosby reached the Pro Bowl after recording 14.5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles while Malcolm Koonce was second on the team with 8 sacks. Linebacker Robert Spillane had 148 tackles to lead the team and added 3 interceptions.
