This time of year, guys are just getting into the swing of things, figuratively and literally. Pitchers are strengthening their arms, and working on their pitches. Hitters are re-training their eyes, and getting down their timing. Mascots are nailing down the order of their comical pelvic thrusts:

For Yasiel Puig, though, clearly no Spring Training is necessary.
No, I’m not talking about the monster shot he hit today … I’m talking about what he did so beautifully with his bat after the shot:
That’s just good, smooth form right there. The bat is launched – with solid distance – immediately on recoil from the swing.
I’d say “save some for the regular season,” but I don’t think those skills are going anywhere.
