Streaking at a baseball game is not advised for any number of reasons, but that seems to be especially the case at the home of the Portland Pickles of the West Coast League.
The Pickle, himself, will take you out:

That was a real hit, even if the rest of it was, perhaps, a touch staged. I’m not saying it was DEFINITELY just a show, but it did work out awfully neat and tidy. I still enjoyed the takedown, though. Guy knows how to absorb a blow.
It must also be noted that the Portland Pickles have been known to have some staged fun with their mascot, Dillon. Like his oopsie photo:
We have ended our mascot takeover. It’s come to our attention that this photo can be misinterpreted as a disturbing image. Dillon would like to go on record and say that he was trying to give his fans a thumbs up. https://t.co/5VUgkhieq2— Portland Pickles (@picklesbaseball) January 12, 2022
Or the time he went missing:
please help us??? Dillon got lost on his flight back from the dominican republic his phone is going straight to voicemail @Delta pic.twitter.com/w0iguHgDoD— Portland Pickles (@picklesbaseball) February 7, 2022
Once again, this is not a joke. Yes. He gone https://t.co/J0hyqvL81P pic.twitter.com/aJC61HVx5s— Portland Pickles (@picklesbaseball) February 8, 2022
I got nothing but love for it. In a wood bat collegiate league, there’s no reason not to have some extra fun and get whatever attention you can get. If that includes a pickle mascot’s hijinx, go for it.
