It had to end with the guy in center field over-pursuing the ball, spinning, falling down on the warning track, and catching the ball after he’d already fallen down:
I just shake my head, and vaccilate between thinking it was cool to have seen history … and thinking it was another terrible loss to a terrible team in a season when terrible losses to terrible teams are not something the Cubs can afford.
