ESPN’s Adam Schefter dug up the following statistical nugget that has relevance as we enter the weekend:
Friends at @numberFire computed that Patriots have a 33.7% to win Super Bowl, Falcons are second best at 17.0% and Cowboys third at 16.6%.

Both the Patriots and Falcons play in games that open the NFL’s divisional playoff round on Saturday. New England hosts a Houston Texans team it beat earlier in the season with its third-string quarterback. Atlanta hosts a Seattle Seahawks squad it hung with on the road before suffering a two-point loss.
Rematch Saturday should be compelling – even if the Patriots are 15-1/2 point favorites against the Texans.
