The trade rumors and activity are percolating. Can you feel it? I love it. We’ve had a great start to trade season as baseball fans, and it figures to continue right up until the end of the month.

I have offered to blog here at BN and on social media at the July 31 Trade Deadline for 24 straight hours – no breaks, no sleep, no rest – but if you fine folks donate more than $6,000 to Make-A-Wish (the cost of sponsoring a child’s wish), I’ll bump that up 10 hours to 34 straight hours. And from there, I’ll tack on another hour for every $1,000 we can raise – up to 40 hours straight. Don’t you want to see me go crazy on July 30 and 31 for 40 straight hours?
