The Chicago Cubs have won four games in a row and have been among the hottest teams in baseball lately. Unfortunately, so have the Cardinals. They may be coming off a loss, but they’ve won 8 of their past 10 games and have as many wins as any team in baseball.
HOWEVA, they’ve also played three more games than the Cubs so far, and with just a 2.5 game lead in the division, are technically at risk of losing their hold on first place, if the Cubs can manage a sweep. Given how rough the Cardinals’ starting pitching has been lately, the Cubs stand a chance. Let’s see it.
