Coming as part of an 8th inning outburst – the Cubs were tired of losing to the Brewers, apparently – Patrick Wisdom just became the all-time team rookie home run leader.
Here it is, the record 27th homer for the 30-year-old rookie. Fittingly, it was a monster shot:

Kris Bryant recently told Wisdom that he was happy for what was going down, so you can expect that somewhere Bryant is offering a little applause for Wisdom’s new record.
