The first update for the 2022 NBA All-Star Game has been released, and the Chicago Bulls are well represented. DeMar DeRozan leads the voting for Eastern Conference guards by a wide margin. The four-time All-Star has 1,487,598 votes, with the next closest guard, James Harden, having just 892,065 votes.
Zach LaVine is in fourth place among Eastern Conference guards with 776,043 votes, which puts him just 116,022 votes away from surpassing James Harden for the No. 2 spot in the fan voting. As for the big man, Nikola Vučević is currently No. 10 among East frontcourt players with 92,936 votes. Kevin Durant, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Joel Embiid are dominating the top-3 frontcourt spots, respectively.

When it comes to the guards, the Bulls have a legitimate chance of sending both DeRozan and LaVine to Cleveland for the All-Star Game. With Zach LaVine just under 125K votes behind James Harden for the second and final starting spot, fan voting could go a long way towards pushing LaVine into that role over the next couple of weeks.
Also, remember that the starting lineup selection process places 50 percent of the final decisions on the fan voting and the other 50 percent on the votes of players and media members. Reserves will then be picked by NBA head coaches.
When asked if the Bulls deserve multiple All-Stars this year, Zach LaVine affirmed the belief without hesitation.

Having DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine starting next to each other in the All-Star Game would be incredible, but just having them both in the game would be cool enough. So … be sure to do your part and keep on voting! The following days are double vote days where each vote for a player on social media counts for two votes.
