NFL Draft Pre-Gamin’ (7:00 CT): Bears Picks, Broadcast Info, Draft Thread, More

There have been 109 days since the Chicago Bears’ season ended with a double-doink and a thud, but we have finally made it to draft day. If you have been patient, that’s great … because you’ll need it since the Bears don’t have a pick tonight.

Draft weekend represents the final major phase of the player acquisition portion of the offseason. Last year, we viewed the draft as the last place in which the Bears could drastically change their roster. Little did we know that a franchise-altering trade was going to happen four months later. Nevertheless, the draft provides a final opportunity for Chicago’s front office to fill needs, continue to build strengths, and add to a roster on the cusp of Super Bowl contention.

Each of GM Ryan Pace’s drafts have produced impact starters, with the 2018 draft being the most highly acclaimed of them all. So let’s see what Pace and his scouts have in store for 2019.

Draft Info

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Dates and rounds: April 25 (Round 1), April 26 (Rounds 2-3), April 27 (Rounds 4-7)

Round 1 start time: 7 p.m. CT

How to watch/stream: ABC, ESPN, NFL Network, ESPN Deportes, NFL.com/watch

Bears Picks

  • Round 3, Pick 87
  • Round 4, Pick 126
  • Round 5, Pick 162
  • Round 7, Pick 222 (from Denver, via Philadelphia)
  • Round 7, Pick 238
  • As a reminder, the Bears do not have a first-round or sixth-round pick as they were sent to Oakland in the Khalil Mack trade. Chicago also doesn’t have a second-round selection because it was sent to New England for the right to draft Anthony Miller. Those trades turned out to be good ones for the Bears.
