It’s Justin Fields Day In Chicago!!! LFG @ChicagoBears
— DWade (@DwyaneWade) September 26, 2021
This is a moment 150 days in the making. It has all been building to today. Because when the Bears chose Justin Fields with the 11th pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, it was only a matter of time until he would be Chicago’s starting quarterback. These are the first steps into a larger world for Fields. Quarterback legacies aren’t built in a day. But we will always remember this day. These moments. Hope springs eternal. The vibes are all good. The sky isn’t even the limit. That’s because the limit does not exist. All possibilities are on the table. And that’s only because Fields’ talent, upside, and potential provides an opportunity for even the most ardent realist to dream the biggest dreams.
Giddy up! The Fields era is here. This is where the fun begins.

In addition to missing Goldman, the Bears will be without starting safety Tashaun Gipson Sr. — which will make the secondary’s challenges that much tougher. Hopefully, this hamstring issue won’t linger too long for the veteran safety.
