Thursday Night Football: 49ers at Titans (7:20 CT) — Lineups, Broadcast Info, Game Thread

Chicago Bears

Despite Week 15 just wrapping up two days ago with the Tuesday double-feature, the San Francisco 49ers and Tennessee Titans will get Week 16 underway tonight on Thursday Night Football in Nashville.

Jimmy Garoppolo and the 49ers can clinch a playoff berth with a win tonight against the Titans, while Tennessee is in the thick of a division race with the Indianapolis Colts, who are just a game behind them in the AFC South. The 49ers won’t have a shot at the NFC West title as Arizona and Los Angeles have a stranglehold on that battle with three games to play, but Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers can lock up a wild card and have seeding to play for down the stretch.

I have to be honest here, I don’t care much for San Francisco, but I’d love to see them help out Jonathan Taylor and the Colts by knocking off the Titans in this one. To me, Jonathan Taylor’s season has been one of the most entertaining in the entire league, and I’d love to see what he can do in the playoffs.
