When the season began, the Chicago Blackhawks had 14 prospects skating in the NCAA ranks. Some of them we’ve talked about all year; others we haven’t mentioned as much. But the second weekend in March not only brings us March Madness in hoops, but it’s also conference tournament time on the ice.
So where are the 12 remaining Blackhawks prospects skating in their respective college conference tournaments this weekend? Here’s the full breakdown by conference, beginning with the five Blackhawks prospects still playing in the NCHC.
