The Cubs go for their third straight series win today, and it’ll probably take a good performance from Kyle Hendricks to get there. The elevation of Coors Field could cause him some issues (a little less movement), but Hendricks works down in the zone – so maybe he can at least avoid the long ball.
Anthony Rizzo gets a day off, so he’ll probably go fishing or something. The Denver area has some beautiful outdoor areas.
Speaking of the beautiful outdoors, there is some inclement weather in the area today, so we’ll see if there’s a delay. Play some fantasy baseball while you wait.
Actually, as I’m finishing this post, it looks like there will be a delay of at least 30 minutes.
