With lefty Sean Manaea on the mound for the A’s, the Cubs load up on righties, perhaps as extremely as we’ve seen all season. The only batter Manaea will face from the left side is Anthony Rizzo.

Jorge Soler continues his AL stint as the Cubs’ designated designated hitter. We’ll see what happens next week when things shift back to NL rules.
