I owe the Rockies and Braves an apology. Clearly, I’ve done something to tick off the universe, as each team rooted for by yours truly lost yesterday. So, I guess, today: GO BREWERS AND DODGERS. Ugh.
First up, in Milwaukee, the Rockies will try to even the series using left-hander Tyler Anderson. The Brewers will counter Jhoulys Chacin and somehow I’m even more bewildered than ever that the freakin’ Chicago Cubs (with Jose Quintana, Cole Hamels, Jon Lester, Kyle Hendricks, Yu Darvish, Kris Bryant, Anthony Rizzo, Javy Baez, and Willson Contreras and many others all on the roster) aren’t in the NLDS. It’s maddening.
After that, the the Braves will try to even their series with Anibal Sanchez going up against Clayton Kershaw. They have … dug themselves a deep hole, to say the least. Lineups and broadcast info can be found below.
