Today, MLB officially announced the deployment of the 20-second pitch clock this spring, which will be rolled out in phases. Its usage for the regular season has not yet been finalized, but this is clearly a ramp up, just in case. MLB may unilaterally impose the pitch clock in the regular season at this point, but Commissioner Manfred would prefer to get an agreement with the players; negotiations are ongoing.

My guess? You barely notice it at all, and when it’s implemented in the big leagues, you barely notice it there, either.
