JayHatAt a press conference happening right now, the Chicago Bears announced that they’ve settled the will-they-won’t-they question of the offseason already: the team has re-signed Jay Cutler to a seven-year deal, the terms of which will be fleshed out by Jay Rigdon in the coming days, I’m sure.
