Khalil Mack isn’t getting any Christmas cards from the Gruden brothers this year.
Jon Gruden was hurting after trading Mack last year and went through the stages of grief publicly, as only the Raiders coach could. Gruden deflected blame, was left in bemusement when he watched from afar, admitted to being sensitive about the deal months after its completion, literally cried about it, and ultimately came to grips with things and patched up old wounds with Mack. But after Mack and the Bears defense dismantled Jay Gruden’s Washington team, I would not be surprised if Jon woke up to a scathing text message or two from Jay for handing that defensive terror to Chicago.
Mack came up with two sacks, three quarterback hits, two tackles-for-loss, and two forced fumbles in a game that was reminiscent of what he did when he first arrived on the scene last year.

How does one simply forget to block Khalil Mack? The guy demands double-team attention on every snap when playing against any other team, so I’m unsure how this even happened. Poor Case Keenum didn’t deserve the beating he took last night.
