For all intents and purposes, the playoffs started last week. Heck, one could make the argument they really began with the Giants game in Week 12. The Bears won that game. Then they won another a few days later on Thanksgiving, which marks two in a row. If they win tonight, that’s called a winning streak. It has happened before.
And if it happens again, our chatter about the Bears being a playoff contender – despite the long odds – will continue.
