The Windy City Bulls will start training camp on Tuesday before they open up the regular season in Fort Wayne on November 6th. A handful of familiar faces will highlight the team’s training camp roster, which was announced in full on Monday.
Two-way contract players Tyler Cook and Devon Dotson will both be with the team throughout training camp, per a release on the team site. Second-round selection Marko Simonovic will also be in attendance after being assigned by Arutras Karnisovas and Co. on Monday morning.
Troy Baxter Jr., Bryce Alford, Daniel Oturu, and Ethan Thompson will all officially join the Windy City Bulls, as well. Each signed a training camp deal with Chicago before being waived earlier this month, thus positioning the Bulls organization to have first dibs at signing them to a G-League contract.

Multiple new faces also joined the roster, three of which are 2018 undrafted free agent Scottie Lindsey out of Northwestern, former Westchester Knicks player Tim bond, and former Texas guard Kerwin Roach II. All three were drafted by the Windy City Bulls in the 2021 G-League Draft.
All things considered, it’s good to see this team back up and running after a year-long hiatus. Not only does it give this new front office another way to evaluate talent, but it also gives guys like Dotson, Cook, and Simonovic a more specialized environment to hone their craft and prove to the big league coaching staff what they can do.
