Christopher Morel Gets In on the Fun By Doing What He Does (Destroying the Ball)

The Cubs are having a night at the plate. Among other things, Seiya Suzuki has already homered twice, and Christopher Morel wanted to make sure his buddy remembered that big homers were his thing.

So naturally, Morel made sure to send one out over 400 feet again:

I don’t mean to alarm anyone, but Morel’s latest blast was ONLY 402 feet, so I fear the power is waning.

Morel has also already walked and bounced an infield single on the night. That’s his first walk of the year, and I do like that he was willing to take what was given.
