In fantasy football NFL DFS, stacking lineups means picking players from one team to get more points. This works because when a team does well, many players from that team get points, making NFL DFS Stacks very profitable.
For example, when a quarterback throws a touchdown, both the quarterback and the receiver get points. So, if you choose a quarterback and his wide receiver together, you can get double points when they score a touchdown.

It’s also smart to pick a quarterback and his tight end because tight ends are good at catching passes near the opponent’s goal line. Another good idea is to pick a quarterback and his running back because they often work together on running plays and screen passes. When you choose players from the same team like this, you have a better chance of getting a lot of points and winning your fantasy football league.
But remember, there are risks. If the team doesn’t play well or if the quarterback gets hurt, you might not get many points. So, you have to think about the good and bad things when you stack players in NFL DFS.

Best NFL DFS Stacks Week 2: GPP Lineup Picks for DraftKings & FanDuel
Best Quarterback-Wide Receiver NFL DFS Stacks
QB Josh Allen ($7900 on DK, $9200 on FD) and WR Stefon Diggs ($8000 on DK, $8000 on FD)
This stack seems price-prohibitive, but buying into a bounceback against the Raiders’ defense should be a good bet to find a ceiling outcome in your GPP lineups. Scraping the top of the purse at both positions will force you to find some cheaper piece elsewhere, but it’s a small price to pay for the highest ceiling on the slate.
Best Quarterback-Tight End NFL DFS Stacks
QB Jordan Love ($5500 on DK, $7200 on FD) and TE Luke Musgrave ($3200 on DK, $5000 on FD)
Despite leading the entire tight end position with 72 Air Yards and ranking fourth in Air Yards Share (26.18%) in Week 1, Luke Musgrave didn’t get priced up very much heading into a Week 2 into Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. Musgrave solidified himself as the team’s No. 1 TE (Tucker Kraft, Ben Sims, and Josiah Deguara combined for four routes), and he is presented with another positive matchup in Week 2.
The Falcons ranked 27th in aFPA to the position and allowed Hayden Hurst a 5-41-1 stat line to kick the year off.
Further hopes for a Week 2 ceiling outcome for Love rests on the Packers’ rush defense, which allowed the sixth-highest YAC per attempt in Week 1 (2.9) while also allowing the sixth-most rushing yards on the week (120).
This plays directly into the Falcons’ hands, as they were second to only the 49ers with their 3.5 YAC per attempt (3.5) while rumbling for 130 yards on the ground against the Panthers.
With a game script that should force the Packers to take to the air, Christian Watson returning to the lineup, and Aaron Jones possibly missing Week 2 due to his own hamstring injury, Love is a great waiver wire consideration. He is rostered in 32% of Yahoo leagues.
Best Running Back-Defense NFL DFS Stacks
RB Austin Ekeler ($8700 on DK, $9200 on FD) and DEF Los Angeles Chargers ($3500 on DK, $4300 on FD)
Much will be made about Joshua Kelley’s usage in Week 1, and for good reason. But Austin Ekeler still presents plenty of pass-catching upside, while many other drafters will stay away from such a high pricetag.
The Chargers defense could have a field day against the Titans’ offense line, particularly if Los Angeles gets out to a quick lead. Ekeler may not have the upside for 80% of the team’s running back touches anymore, but if he finds the end zone two or more times, none of that will matter.

Best Running Back-Defense NFL DFS Stacks
RB Tony Pollard ($7500 on DK, $8000 on FD) and DEF Dallas Cowboys ($4000 on DK, $4500 on FD)
This stack makes more sense on DraftKings, put is viable at each site in cash games. The Cowboys defense looked downright terrifying in Week 1, and now they will get to face off against Zach Wilson, who has 19 career interceptions against 16 touchdowns.
Though Tony Pollard only had 14 carries in a 40-0 blowout (14-70-2), the team proved to us that he was the inarguable RB1 on the team, just as our preseason priors predicted.
